Venture Signal

The diagnostic runs in your browser. Your answers and result are stored in your browser's local storage so the result can follow you to the application form. They are not sent to us unless you choose to submit an application. You can remove them by clearing this site's browser data or by using “Start again” in the tool.

Applications

When you apply, we collect the contact, venture, buyer, evidence, budget and timing information you enter. If you completed Venture Signal, the score categories may be included. We use this information to assess fit, respond and keep a record of the conversation. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract and our legitimate interest in handling genuine enquiries.

Applications are emailed to the studio and kept in a private server-side fallback log. We do not sell the information or use it to add you to a marketing list. We plan to delete unsuccessful applications after 12 months and client records according to legal and accounting requirements.

Anonymous event measurement

The site records a small set of events such as page views, call-to-action clicks, diagnostic starts and completions. The custom event endpoint stores the event, page path, time and non-identifying result category. It does not intentionally store your IP address, browser user-agent or a tracking identifier, and it sets no analytics cookie. Standard hosting security logs may record connection details separately.

Email and hosting

Email and web hosting providers process data as needed to deliver the site and messages. Information may be held on their infrastructure under their service terms and security controls. We do not load advertising pixels or third-party analytics on this site at launch.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Contact us first if you want us to act on information you submitted.

Security and limits

Forms use validation, a CSRF token, spam trapping and rate limiting. No internet service can promise absolute security, so do not send passwords, financial credentials or confidential client data through the application form.
